At Diamond & Hide, every order is packed with care and shipped with the same attention to detail we put into every product. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During peak seasons- including Mother's Day, Father's Day, the holiday season, and new product launches- processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. We will communicate any delays proactively.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been processed and shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at founder@diamondandhide.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request before shipment.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 states within the United States.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after processing
- Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected at our discretion based on destination and package size)
Expedited Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after processing
- Available at checkout for an additional fee
Overnight Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1 business day after processing
- Available at checkout for an additional fee
- Must be placed before 12:00 PM CST on a business day to ship same day
Free Shipping
- Complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150
- Automatically applied at checkout- no code required
Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories
We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary and will be calculated at checkout. Additional transit time should be expected.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available through our standard checkout. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at orders@diamondandhide.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by their country. Diamond & Hide is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Packaging
Every Diamond & Hide order is packed with the same care we put into our products. Your order will arrive in branded packaging designed to protect your purchase and create a memorable unboxing experience.
All products are wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in a Diamond & Hide outer box or mailer. A hang tag and authenticity card are included with every product.
If you are purchasing a gift, please not this in your order comments at checkout and we will ensure the packaging is gift-ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through your order confirmation link.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@diamondandhide.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Diamond & Hide is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or other household members
- Contacting the carrier directly to open a trace investigation
- Checking with your local post office or carrier facility
- Waiting 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered before they arrive
If your package cannot be located after taking these steps, please contact us at orders@diamondandhide.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@diamondandhide.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the damaged item and packaging
Please keep all original packaging as the carrier may require it for a damage claim. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Diamond & Hide is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
