There is something about a well-worn baseball glove that no other object quite captures. The smell of the leather. The way it molds to your hand over years of use. The stitching pulled tight through every catch, every throw, every season. A great glove is not just a piece of equipment — it is a record of everything that happened inside it.
That is the feeling we are chasing.
Our Story
Diamond & Hide was not born in a boardroom. It was born at a baseball game.
The co-founders' relationship began at the ballpark — Matt played college baseball and Allie rarely missed a game. Baseball was the constant thread of their early relationship, and it has never stopped being central to their lives. Diamond & Hide is the natural extension of who Matt and Allie are — a way to build something meaningful from the sport that built their family.
The Craft
Every Diamond & Hide product is built on the same principles as the glove that inspired it. We use genuine full-grain leather selected for quality, character, and longevity. Our signature steer hide glove lacing — the same lacing used to string a baseball glove — runs through every bag, connecting each piece back to the game.
Our interiors are lined in baseball pinstripe cotton, a detail that is easy to miss at first and impossible to forget once you see it.
At the center of every product is our DH monogram — designed by Matt, debossed into the leather, and finished with a maker's mark that tells you exactly what you are holding.
These are not bags that look like they are inspired by baseball. These are bags built the way a glove is built — by hand, with intention, to be used and loved for a long time.
The Monogram
The DH monogram was designed by Matt — an interlocked D and H with a baseball diamond shape hidden in the negative space between the letters. It appears on every Diamond & Hide product as a debossed leather patch — subtle enough to be refined, distinctive enough to be unmistakable.

Diamond & Hide was built by a baseball family with the simple idea that the things we carry every day should be made with the same care as the equipment we trust during the game. Full-grain leather, hand-finished details, and construction meant to age well, not just look good on day one. Because life isn't one big game — it's a season of small ones. We are proud to be from Omaha — the home of college baseball. Every June, the city's streets fill with fans, players, and dreams chasing a national championship. From neighborhood diamonds to the bright lights of Charles Schwab Field, baseball isn't just a sport here — it's part of who we are.
Diamond & Hide is a small brand based out of Omaha and we intend to keep it that way. Every piece is hand built and individually inspected. Every order matters to us personally.
