At Diamond & Hide, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our Commitment
Every Diamond & Hide product is individually inspected before it leaves our hands. We use premium leather, authentic steer hide glove lacing, and handcrafted details because we believe you deserve something built to last. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition with no signs of use, scratches, or damage
- All original tags attached
- Authenticity card included
- Returned in its original Diamond & Hide packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for a different size, color, or style of equal or greater value.
To request an exchange, contact us at returns@diamondandhide.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. We will confirm availability before you ship your item back.
If the exchange item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference at the time the exchange is processed.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return and exchange under any circumstances:
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Sale or discounted items purchased during a promotional event
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at returns@diamondandhide.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number, the item you are returning or exchanging, and the reason
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include your return authorization number
- Ship your item using a trackable shipping method- we recommend insuring the packing for its full value
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days
Do not ship items back without first contact us and receiving a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If we made an error with your order- wrong item, wrong color, missing components- we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all associated costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email that we have received your item and whether your return has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We reserve the right to delineate a refund if the returned item does not meet our return eligibility conditions.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged in transit, please contact us at orders@diamondandhide.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- Clear photographs showing the issue
We will evaluate your claim and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or full refund. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will always work to resolve legitimate defects.
Please note that the following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return:
- Natural variations in leather grain, texture, or markings
- Natural color variations between pieces due to the organic nature of leather
- Patina and character that develops with normal use over time
- Minor scuffs or scratches that occur during normal everyday use
Leather Care Notice
Leather is a natural material that requires care. Improper use, exposure to water, heat, or harsh chemicals may damage your product and will not be covered under our return or exchange policy. Please follow the care instructions included with your purchase to protect your investment.
